This manual highlights one of three distinct processes that use Art as a tool for healing. I have developed these processes over the span of my career applying art for transformation.

This manual describes the methodology of using the Bringing Shadow to Light process- from how it came to me, how I implement the process as a workshop and what is needed to recreate it. It also includes examples of using this technique for my own healing, with incarcerated women, high school students and girls in a therapeutic boarding school.
